Terms of Service

1. Using KRYFORT

You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules shown in the game. You must meet the age requirements that apply to you and obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law. App-store age ratings also describe the suitability of the game’s content.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game as provided. The game software, artwork, music, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or limit uses permitted by law. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, provided you respect other players’ privacy and do not misrepresent an official affiliation.

2. Your account and saved progress

The game can create a guest profile. Keep your device and sign-in information secure. Do not sell accounts, impersonate another player, or access someone else’s account without permission. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access; never send passwords or authentication tokens.

Google account linking is optional and helps you recover a commander on another device. When Google is already linked to another commander, carefully review the choice between restoring that commander and linking your current commander. Linking the current commander transfers the Google association; it does not merge the two profiles or their progress. Clearing app or browser storage can remove access to an unlinked guest profile, and recovery may not be possible without proof of ownership.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information and other data are handled. To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the account deletion instructions. Uninstalling the app does not delete server-side data.

3. Fair play and community rules

The Community Guidelines apply to chat, player and guild names, descriptions, and other content you submit. You must accept the chat rules before using chat.

• No cheating, unauthorized gameplay automation, reward or ranking manipulation, intentional exploitation of bugs, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, impersonation, or disclosure of private information.
• No sexual exploitation, child abuse material, extremist recruitment, promotion of real-world violence, or other illegal content.
• Only submit content you have the right to share. Report security issues privately instead of exploiting them.

You retain any rights you have in your messages and other original submissions. You give us permission to store, display, deliver, and moderate them as necessary to operate the relevant game features, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your content.

Use the available report and block features, or contact us, to report abuse. We may remove violating content, correct rewards obtained through abuse, or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations or protect players and the service. You can appeal an action by emailing us with your player name and an explanation.

4. Game resources and optional advertising

Gold, energy, resources, upgrades, and other virtual items are for use within KRYFORT. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold or traded outside the features provided by the game. Game balance and reward rules may change with updates.

Some Android versions offer optional rewarded advertisements. The game shows the offered reward before you choose to watch. A reward is credited after completion and verification; closing early, a connection failure, or an unavailable advertisement can prevent completion. Verification may take time, and the same completed reward cannot be claimed twice. Contact support if you completed an ad but did not receive the reward. Advertising availability is not guaranteed. Your privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

If paid features are offered, their price and applicable purchase conditions must be shown before purchase. Payments and refund requests may also be subject to the relevant store’s rules. Nothing in these terms removes statutory refund or other consumer rights.

5. Updates and service availability

KRYFORT is actively developed. Features, visuals, balance, and supported versions can change. Online features require a working connection and available servers. Maintenance, updates, bugs, or network problems can interrupt play or affect saved progress. We aim to keep the game reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature, or a particular competitive result.

Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material service changes that affect your access. These terms do not exclude or limit any responsibility, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

6. Third-party services

Google sign-in, advertisements, app stores, and external sites are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy policies. KRYFORT is not endorsed by Google. These terms govern your relationship with the KRYFORT operator and do not replace your agreements with those providers.

7. Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update these terms as the game changes. We will publish the revised terms and update date here and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.
